What is 4th Quality?
The Bucky family of skeletons is manufactured for teaching, hospitals, and doctors. Obviously, those skeletons must be perfect. Those that are not, while unsuited for hospitals or universities, are still ideal for Halloween haunts. Minor flaws, such as missing teeth, don't affect their use as Halloween props. 4th quality items are not returnable.
